Last updated · 11 Aug 2026

Acceptance

Cargopulse is a product of CTS — Cargo Tech Solutions, Unipessoal, Lda. (Maia, Portugal · NIPC 518 716 643) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Cargopulse, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Cargopulse provides operations software for freight forwarders, including jobs, documents, invoicing, tracking and the Pulsie assistant. We may update features over time; we won't materially reduce core functionality during a paid term without notice.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account, your users and keeping credentials secure. Enable 2FA. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per seat as described on the Pricing page, in advance, annually or monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice before renewal price changes.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no reselling without agreement, no overloading the platform. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Intellectual property

We own the software and brand. You own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, as detailed in the DPA.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Term & termination

Plans run for the term you select. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, with the courts of Porto, Portugal having jurisdiction, unless your order form states otherwise.
