About

Built from the
operator’s chair.

Cargopulse started inside a forwarder, not a tech incubator. We watched operators run million-euro consignments on spreadsheets and email — and decided the tool should match the work.

Our story

The spreadsheet
had to go.

For twenty years, forwarding software meant a heavy ERP bolt-on or a tracking widget. Neither fit the way a forwarder actually thinks: one shipment, many moving parts, margin on the line.

We built Cargopulse around a single idea — the shipment is the record. Quote, documents, costs, milestones and invoices all live on one job, in one rhythm. No re-keying between systems, no parallel spreadsheets, no arguments about which version is current.

Then we put an assistant inside it. Pulsie reads the file the way an experienced operator would, drafts the paperwork, reconciles the carrier statement, and answers in seconds — with a citation to the source document.

We're a deliberately small, founder-led product company from Maia, Portugal — Cargopulse is built by Cargo-Tech Solutions, for forwarders and cargo handlers who move real freight every day.

What we believe

Three principles.

/01

One record

If the data lives in two places, one of them is wrong. The shipment is the single source of truth, end to end.

/02

Operators first

Every screen is judged by the person using it eight hours a day — not the buyer in the demo.

/03

AI on rails

Pulsie helps inside your data boundary. It never trains on your files and never crosses tenants.
