For shipment data you put into Cargopulse, you are the data controller and CTS — Cargo Tech Solutions, Unipessoal, Lda. (Maia, Portugal · NIPC 518 716 643), operating Cargopulse, is the data processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions.
We process customer personal data — contact details of shippers, consignees, drivers and agents within shipment records — solely to provide the service described in the Terms.
We use a limited set of vetted sub-processors, bound by data-protection terms and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. We give notice before adding new ones. Current list:
We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit, encrypted off-site backups, per-tenant database isolation, least-privilege access, and continuous error monitoring and alerting. Pulsie never trains on customer data.
Customer data is stored and processed in the EU. Where any transfer outside the EEA is unavoidable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
We notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware, of any personal data breach affecting your data, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
We assist you in responding to data-subject requests (access, correction, erasure, portability) through product features and, where needed, support.
On termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, we delete it from production and backups within our documented retention window, unless law requires otherwise.
