Cargopulse is a product of CTS — Cargo Tech Solutions, Unipessoal, Lda. ("we", "us"), which provides operations software for freight forwarders. This policy explains how we handle personal data for our website and product. For data we process on behalf of customers, our Data Processing Agreement governs.
We collect data you give us and data generated as you use Cargopulse:
To provide and improve the service, secure accounts, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, and — with consent — send product updates. We do not sell personal data.
We rely on contract performance (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve it), legal obligation (to comply with law), and consent (for marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time).
We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, AI inference), all bound by data-protection terms. The current list is in our Data Processing Agreement. Our application infrastructure is hosted in the EU (OVHcloud, France). This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer shipment data is retained per the customer's contract and deleted on request.
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to us. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
