Open an email in Outlook and the Cargopulse panel shows who it is from in your Cargopulse workspace: the customer, their open jobs and quotes, and their balance. From the panel you can link the email to a job, mark it as a quote request or an award, save the email and its attachments to the job, turn a quote into estimate lines on the job, and open a reply drafted in the language of the email that you review and send yourself. The add-in never sends email on its own, and anything that creates records in Cargopulse asks you to confirm first.
Your Microsoft 365 administrator installs the add-in once for the whole organization or for a group of people: Microsoft 365 admin center, Settings, Integrated apps, Get apps, search for Cargopulse, Deploy. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in everyone's Outlook. Updates arrive automatically.
The administrator also grants consent once, so people can sign in from the panel. Use a global or application administrator account:

To remove it, the administrator removes Cargopulse from Integrated apps.
The add-in uses your Microsoft work account, so there is no separate password. It recognises you once your Microsoft account is linked to your Cargopulse user: sign in to Cargopulse once with "Sign in with Microsoft" and the add-in finds you from then on. If you have accounts in more than one Cargopulse workspace, the panel shows which workspace you are in and lets you switch.
If the panel says it cannot find your account, ask your Cargopulse administrator to check that your user exists and is active.
The add-in reads the sender, recipients, subject, date and message ID of the email you have open, only to look up records in your company's Cargopulse workspace. The text and attachments of that email are sent only when you press a button that needs them (a reply draft, quote lines, saving to a job). It does not read the rest of your mailbox.
